Third Annual Carson Mural Fest 2025
And for our third installment folks, the all-seeing eyes gaze down upon you observing everything and saying nothing. LOL, JK, Just needed to laugh out loud when I look at how far we’ve come. The third installment of the Carson City Mural Fest has come and gone, but again leaving the town more vibrant than ever.
I’m humbled to be apart for a third year in a row, and honored to be able to continue this Master Canvas on Andy’s warehouse off of Williams St. The idea of having these two giant eyeballs looking outwards towards the hills was not my own, but I eventually made it mine with color and style that started to really tie the whole building together.
10+ days of painting, jamming to music, and hanging out with my people felt like a fever dream of sorts, with the only way out being forward. To have a few extra hands and moral support from everyone who came to visit me was fuel for the gas tank that kept running dangerously low. The people were stoked, the haters were hating, and damnit the paint kept flowing at the rate of $10 a can.
What really drove me to get this far though is the building owner Andy and his Family. The amount of trust they place in me is the real gas in the fuel tank, a no fail mission every time. It’s never the fear of failure that inhibits me, but the fear of letting others down which makes it much worse. I’ll be here studying, plottin, and preparing for my Final Act next year on this 4 Year Master Canvas, Till’ The Wheels Fall Off.
